Mixer and Mixer Overview

Mixing refers to the combination of two or more material physics, without any chemical changes.
Mixing consists of self mixing and mechanical mixing. Self-mixing refers to the movement of materials, through their own friction to achieve the final uniform mixing; mechanical mixing means that the material achieves the final homogeneous mixing through mechanical forcing. The general gas mixture is self mixing, the mixing of three-dimensional mixing equipment is the combination of self mixing and mechanical mixing;

The evaluation of mixed equipment is based on different physical quantities.
A, mixing uniformity: the physical quantity of the material is analyzed by probability theory, and the mixing uniformity is determined by the type of mixing equipment.
B, dead angle: Refers to the material in the mixed container can not participate in the physical phenomenon of mixing, the dead corner percentage is to evaluate the quality of mixed equipment manufacturing physical quantity.
C, mixing time: the evaluation of the physical volume of mixing speed, refers to the different materials start mixing to achieve the uniformity of the time required, mixing time is determined by the type of mixing equipment and model.
